Our story

Culture & Transformation was founded in 2023 by Catrin Lewis, an employee experience and internal communications expert, aka ‘A People Person’. Her vision is for Culture and Transformation to be the most trusted and valued strategic partner for leaders who want to do better by their people.


Over the last decade, she’s won several awards for her work and helped multiple businesses, including the culture and transformation of the UK’s first HR tech unicorn, the UK’s leading multi-million mortgage brand, the world leader in film and TV licensing, a network of over one million experts, a global human rights charity, a founder-focussed growth equity investor and more.
